Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email – sales@mysperfumes.com  with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2  Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3  On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4  In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5  As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

Item Damaged

Step 5 – As soon as the damaged product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases
• Opened/ used/ altered products
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc) missing
• The return/ replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery
• Returns and refunds are not possible for the makeup category.

Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order.

Shipping charges on a purchase?

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.

Pricing Information

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product and pricing information, occasional pricing or typographical errors may occur. Please note that the price of a product cannot be confirmed until your order is placed. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to a pricing or product information error, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline or cancel any orders for that product, unless the product has already been shipped. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, contact you for guidance or cancel your order, informing you of the cancellation. Until the product you’ve ordered is dispatched, your offer will not be considered accepted, and we may adjust the product’s price and contact you for further instructions using the email address or contact number you provided during registration, or we may cancel the order and notify you accordingly. If we accept your order, the payment will be charged to your credit or debit card and confirmed to you via email or the provided contact number. Payment processing may occur prior to product dispatch. Should we need to cancel your order after processing payment, the amount will be refunded to your credit or debit card. We aim to provide you with the best value, but please be aware that prices and availability may change without notice. Our promotional offers and discounts are not applicable site-wide and are limited to specific categories. Additionally, coupon codes may not apply to certain categories and specific products.
